Yogi Tea Holiday Treats
Spice up your holidays with these delicious goodies made with some of your favorite Yogi teas!

Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy Cookies
- Total Time: 22 Minutes
Ingredients

- ½ cup agave
- 2 – 3 Yogi Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy tea bags
- 1 T orange rind
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- ½ cup butter
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Place agave and contents of tea bags in a saucepan. Heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
- Strain agave/tea mixture and combine in a bowl with orange rind and butter. Let cool.
- Once cool, add flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. (Makes about 24 cookies.)
- Cook Time: 22 Minutes

Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy Coconut Squares
- Total Time: 25 Minutes
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups garbanzo bean flour (extra fine)
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut, fine
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- ¾ cup brewed Yogi Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy tea
Instructions
- Brew a cup of Yogi Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy, set aside.
- Heat butter in a pan and slowly add in garbanzo bean flour. Stir to get the lumps out, until flour slightly changes color and begins to smell nutty.
- Mix in maple syrup, coconut and nuts.
- Stir in the brewed tea until absorbed.
- Pour mixture into an 8×8 greased pan and let it cool. Cut into squares.
