Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy Cookies

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup agave
  • 23 Yogi Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy tea bags
  • 1 T orange rind
  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • ½ cup butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Place agave and contents of tea bags in a saucepan. Heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
  3. Strain agave/tea mixture and combine in a bowl with orange rind and butter. Let cool.
  4. Once cool, add flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well.
  5. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. (Makes about 24 cookies.)

Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy Coconut Squares

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups garbanzo bean flour (extra fine)
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut, fine
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
  • ¾ cup brewed Yogi Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy tea

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of Yogi Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy, set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and slowly add in garbanzo bean flour. Stir to get the lumps out, until flour slightly changes color and begins to smell nutty.
  3. Mix in maple syrup, coconut and nuts.
  4. Stir in the brewed tea until absorbed.
  5. Pour mixture into an 8×8 greased pan and let it cool. Cut into squares.
