Spice up your holidays with these delicious goodies made with some of your favorite Yogi teas!

 

Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy Cookies

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup agave
  • 2 – 3 Yogi Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy tea bags
  • 1 T orange rind
  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • ½ cup butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of baking soda

 

The Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Place agave and contents of tea bags in a saucepan. Heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Strain agave/tea mixture and combine in a bowl with orange rind and butter. Let cool.
  • Once cool, add flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well.
  • Place on cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. (Makes about 24 cookies.)

 

 

 

Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy Coconut Squares

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups garbanzo bean flour (extra fine)
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut, fine
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
  • ¾ cup brewed Yogi Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy tea

 

The Steps

  • Brew a cup of Yogi Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy, set aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan and slowly add in garbanzo bean flour. Stir to get the lumps out, until flour slightly changes color and begins to smell nutty.
  • Mix in maple syrup, coconut and nuts.
  • Stir in the brewed tea until absorbed.
  • Pour mixture into an 8×8 greased pan and let it cool. Cut into squares.
