This recipe features Yogi Honey Lavender Stress Relief tea, an herbal tea blended with soothing Lavender, Chamomile, and Lemon Balm – herbs traditionally used in Ayurveda to help promote relaxation.

In addition, Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend oat milk adds deliciously smooth and creamy flavor, making this plant-based oat milk latte just the tasty treat you need to for a moment of me-time.

Yogi x Califia Farms Honey Lavender Oat Milk Latte

 

What You’ll Need:

 

Directions:

  1. Add hot water to your mug of choice followed by the Yogi Honey Lavender Stress Relief tea bag and let steep for 7 minutes. If you prefer a stronger flavor, steep 2 tea bags.

  2. While the tea is steeping, warm the Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend oat milk in a small saucepan on medium-low heat until the desired temperature is reached.

  3. Add the warmed Oat Barista Blend oat milk to a small bowl followed by the remaining ingredients.

  4. Place a frother in the milk for 30 seconds, or until a thick foam forms on top of the milk mixture.

  5. Remove the tea bag (or bags) from the mug and add the frothed milk mixture.

  6. Enjoy immediately and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
