This recipe features Yogi Egyptian Licorice tea, an herbal tea that combines naturally sweet Licorice Root with warming Ayurvedic spices including Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, and Clove.

When combined with creamy Almond Milk, rich Vanilla, and a touch of Maple Syrup, our Egyptian Licorice tea transforms into a deliciously smooth and satisfying latte that’s perfect for enjoying any time of day.

Yogi Egyptian Licorice Tea Latte

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • ⅓ cup Hot Water

  • 1 bag Yogi Egyptian Licorice Tea

  • ¾ cup Almond Milk

  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

  • Pinch of Ground Cinnamon

  • Pinch of Ground Cardamom

Directions:

  1. Add one bag of Yogi Egyptian Licorice Tea to a mug, followed by the hot water. Steep for 7 minutes. For a latte with a stronger flavor, feel free to add an additional tea bag.

  2. Warm the Almond Milk in a small saucepan on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add the warmed Almond Milk to a small bowl followed by the remaining ingredients.

  4. Froth the Almond Milk mixture for about 30 seconds, or until a thick foam forms on top.

  5. Add the frothed Almond Milk mixture to the brewed Egyptian Licorice tea. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
