Super Green Tea Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 Apple
- 1/2 Pineapple
- 1 handful Spinach
- 1 teabag of Yogi Green Tea Super Antioxidant tea
- 1/2 cup of boiling Water
- 1 thick slice Ginger
Instructions
To Prepare the Super Green Tea Smoothie:
- Pour 1/2 cup of boiling Water over 1 tea bag of Yogi Green Tea Super Antioxidant and let steep for five minutes.
- Wash and core the Apple and cut into pieces.
- Remove the peel/rind from the Pineapple and chop into small pieces.
- Peel the Ginger and finely chop
- Wash the Spinach.
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour and enjoy!
