Super Green Tea Smoothie Ingredients:


To Prepare the Super Green Tea Smoothie:

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of boiling Water over 1 tea bag of Yogi Green Tea Super Antioxidant and let steep for five minutes.
  2. Wash and core the Apple and cut into pieces.
  3. Remove the peel/rind from the Pineapple and chop into small pieces.
  4. Peel the Ginger and finely chop
  5. Wash the Spinach.
  6. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  7. Pour and enjoy!
