Lemon Ginger Digestion Shot Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 inch piece Ginger Root (sliced) or 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • Sprig of fresh Mint
  • 1 bag of Yogi Ginger Tea
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice from 1/2 of a Lemon
  • 1 tsp. Honey (optional)

 


Instructions

How to Prepare Lemon Ginger Digestion Shot:

  1. Bring Water to a boil and pour over Ginger, Mint, and Yogi Ginger Tea bag. Let steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain out solids and add Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, and Honey.
  3. Drink hot or cold for digestion support.
