Lemon Ginger Digestion Shot Ingredients:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 inch piece Ginger Root (sliced) or 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- Sprig of fresh Mint
- 1 bag of Yogi Ginger Tea
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- Juice from 1/2 of a Lemon
- 1 tsp. Honey (optional)
Instructions
How to Prepare Lemon Ginger Digestion Shot:
- Bring Water to a boil and pour over Ginger, Mint, and Yogi Ginger Tea bag. Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain out solids and add Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, and Honey.
- Drink hot or cold for digestion support.
