Elderberry Raspberry Immune Shot Ingredients:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 inch piece of Ginger Root (sliced) or 1 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1/4 cup fresh Raspberries
- 1 bag of Yogi Elderberry Lemon Balm Immune + Stress Tea
- Juice from 1/2 of a Lemon
- 1 tsp. Honey (optional)
How to Prepare Elderberry Raspberry Immune Shot:
- Bring Water to a boil and pour over Ginger, muddled Raspberries, and bag of Yogi Elderberry Lemon Balm Immune + Stress Tea. Steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain out solids and add Lemon Juice and Honey.
- Drink hot or cold for immune support.
